Here is a slideshow created with Slideflickr.

This is a fishing trip I went on with some friends in Belize. It was a great day with snorkeling, dolphins, fishing and exploring the cayes in Belize. We stayed at my parent’s cabanas and the cayes we were fishing around are only a 20 minute boat ride away! There are lots more photos from our trip on Flickr.

We took Zack to a farm that makes their own ice cream and sells it from a converted train car! That’s three things he likes on one place! And there was a fire truck too … How can you beat that?

I love this shot… he usually has a big hammed up grin for the camera, but I caught him in between faces for just a moment. Good thing he takes after Marcia in the looks department! :)

I’ve spent the last couple weekends building a new walkway in front of the house. It turned out to be a lot more work than I planned (of course) but it was for the better. Thanks to my high school buddy and expert landscaper Brian Lee coming over and helping, it turned out great! I still have to do the actual landscaping, which will include planting beds around the walkway, crushed stone (from the huge 14 yard pile now in my driveway) along the edges of the house for run off and in the drainage ditch behind the house and several other little details. I also used some of the sod we pulled out of the lawn to line the edge of the driveway, which has been bugging me for a long time! Anyway, I learned a lot cutting all those bricks and I think it came out pretty well! It will look tons better once the planting beds are in. I’ll post more photos to the Flickr set as I go along. (funny to look at the dates and times of the photos to see how long it took!) Also, thanks to my cousin-in-law Sam for coiming over two days to help with the crazy digging we did.

Marcia (the lovely and talented wife) has been knitting quite a bit lately and she occasionally goes to this place in Brunswick called the Purl Diva. The woman that runs the shop has a blog and put some photos of folks up. Here’s Marce wearing some of the stuff she has made. mmm .. warm! Email if you want one!

Zack and I had a blast today playing in the leaves… he wasn’t quite jumping in them, but we sure rolled around a lot! :) Took some fun photos…
